"Arrived Fine, But Packaging Could Be Better"
It arrived okay, so I can’t complain too much, but the corners definitely could’ve been protected better. I mean, why risk damage when a little extra padding would do the job, right?

"Cool art, but the site could be smoother"
I really liked the art, there’s some genuinely cool stuff on there. The website itself was a little frustrating though... pages loaded slowly for me, and the filters didn’t really help narrow things down the way I expected. Checkout also felt like it took more clicking around than it needed to. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of clunky..

"Felt nervous buying, but it turned out legit"
I ordered a limited print from Drool Art i felt a bit trapped at first between wanting it before it sold out and worrying it might be one of those dodgy limited edition listings online. But everything ended up feeling really trustworthy. The numbering was clear, the certificate was included, and there wasn’t any weird missing info. The packaging was solid too. In the end, it all seemed proper and I’m happy with it.

I was hoping to find something I really loved, but the artwork selection felt limited and I kept scrolling thinking maybe the next page would have more of the styles I was looking for, but it just never really happened so I ended up leaving without finding anything that felt like me

"Refund Took Forever"
I felt like I was waiting a lifetime for my refund to come through. The process was so slow it drove me a little crazy, and I kept checking for updates like it was the most dramatic event of my week. Definitely wish it had been handled faster.

"Really happy with the framed print"
I ordered one print with the frame, and to me it feels surprisingly sturdy. It doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all. The corners look nice and clean, and it sits flat on my wall, which I really appreciate.

"Arrived Safely, Just Took a While"
I ordered this from overseas and wasn’t sure what to expect. It did arrive safely in the end, but the shipping felt slow, and I kept checking the tracking only to see barely any updates. The art itself was okay, so I’m not unhappy with it, but the waiting and lack of tracking info made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

"Pretty smooth order overall"
I ordered from DROOL and it went fine. The tracking updated alright and it showed up around when they said it would, maybe like a day later than I was hoping. Packaging was decent too, nothing damaged or anything. Overall it was a good experience and I’d probably use them again.

"Cool Designs, Still Deciding"
I checked out drool-art.com and my first thought was, okay, these designs actually do feel a bit different from the usual stuff you see everywhere. Some of them really caught my eye, like, I could totally picture that on my wall. But then a few others were more of a “hmm, maybe not for me” kind of thing. The prices seemed fair enough, not bad, but also not exactly making me rush to buy something right away. I’d probably browse again later, though I’m not fully sold just yet.

"Really nice print quality, honestly"
I ordered a print from DROOL i don’t get why anyone would complain about the paper quality. It feels properly thick, not cheap or flimsy at all. The colors look good on it too, with no weird shiny finish or thin-looking edges. It arrived flat, clean, and exactly how I hoped it would. I’m happy with it overall.

"Decent prices, but I felt brushed off"
Some of the prices seemed fair, but a few items felt a little overpriced for what they were. When I brought it up, I kind of felt dismissed, like it wasn’t really worth discussing. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as budget-friendly as I expected.

"Fast reply and really reassuring"
I had a quick little question about my order and expected to be waiting a while, because that’s usually how these things go. But they got back to me really fast, and the reply was actually friendly, not one of those stiff copy-paste messages. I was checking my email while making coffee, which I then completely forgot about and had to reheat, but anyway, their response made me feel a lot better about ordering from them. "Updates Took Longer Than Expected"
I noticed the updates tended to show up later than I was expecting. After a while, it felt like there was a bit of a pattern where I’d check back thinking something new would be there, but it wouldn’t appear until later. Not a huge deal, but the timing could definitely be better
